As an enrolled nurse, I am required to eliminate any form of limitation to effective service delivery. This would enable me enhance my quality of service delivery (Hansen, 2013). Equitable access refers to the ability of a system to provide reasonable and fair opportunities to all persons accessing services from the system. In nursing, equitable access should be sundered to a point that a person is provided with an opportunity to access health care services regardless of their social affiliations.
